Subject	front strut bar, and brake problems

Message	i bought a front strut bar, it looks like it mounts nice but on the passenger side, theres a braket that holds the airconditioning line in place. And its in the way from me installing the strut tower bar. anyone have this problem before? Also i installed new brake pads all around. i did everything from the tech page. i greased everything nicely and just reused all the same shims. But now when i drive you hear the front brake pad rubbing against the rotor constantly. The noise goes away when i hit the brake. But when im just rolling you can clearly hear it. Any suggestions?
